"AYADA", "we" and "our alliance" used in this content edition refer to the Asia Youth Art and Design Alliance, operated by China Culture and Design Art Development Co., Ltd. For all purposes, the Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of each district and Hong Kong, and you agree to irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of each district court and Hong Kong court.
